  My usual flawless experience at Enterprise, 3080 Sylvan Rd., East Point GA went sour today with one representative working. Do your best to make sure there are at least 2 reps behind the counter before you do serious business with them.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise! When I say they did their thing, they really did their thing. I had no issues at all from start to finish. Anytime I needed help, they responded quickly and professionally. When I mentioned that the tire pressure light came on, they didn’t hesitate—they went right back, checked it out, and made sure everything was good. There was no attitude or delay, just great customer service and a willingness to help. At first, when I got the car, there was a slight smoke smell, which was the only thing I noticed. But it wasn’t a big issue—I just rolled the windows down for a bit and it cleared out. I ended up keeping the car for about a month, and I honestly wish I knew it was a 30-day limit because I would have kept renting it. I loved that car and really enjoyed driving it during that time! Overall, the experience was smooth, easy, and stress-free. If I could give 100 stars, I definitely would. I will definitely be back!

  One of the best Customer Service is provided at this location in Hapeville, Georgia. They always have a vehicle available and they consistently make renting with enterprise a breeze. They have a loyal customer for life!

  Great customer service effort and support from the whole team especially from Noah Williams. Even though, Enterprise may be running short of the available cars at any given point of time but Noah's efforts to get things done are highly appreciated!!! A great asset to Enterprise location.

  I had a great experience. Everyone was kind. The only complaint I have is my car smelled like reefer. I don’t smoke and that bothered me. Who smokes reefer in a rental car? Jeeesh! I took the car and rolled down the windows because I love Camrys, especially fully loaded ones. They are closed on Sundays, but you can drop off the car and place the key in a key box on the building. I don’t rent cars often, so I am happy the Caucasian lady that works next door told me what to do.
