The clerk told me they will not swap the item because I walked out the door then came back inside. They told me the manager said Thats the policy. I had to actually buy the item again. I asked for “sweet white owl” they gave me “swisher sweets”. They thought it was funny.

I told the store manager, and the Corporate Office. The security guard became angry because I reported her and she called the police on me!! The 2 male police officers did Not believe me. I called 911. I went to the Hapeville Police Station to report the Security Guard. The police told me to never return or I’d be arrested. I’m a 55yr old wife and Grand mother. Watch Your Children in the bathroom. of this and all establishments. The police stated I had to have video proof of her Peeping Tom Behavior!!!!….Crazy. Watch Your Children and Yourselves in this bathroom. You are on your own and no one will believe you. This female Security Officer doesn’t look like the “type” that would do this.

- PSPeter ScerboJan 30, 20261.0Extremely poor and rude customer service by this woman in the photo.I visited this racetrack after having my flight cancelled in Atlanta. It was my first time visiting this store and I made the mistake of walking up to the pizza bar from the wrong side. This woman in kitchen area yelled “Wrong way, Wrong way” several times at me in a very obnoxious tone and then when I responded to her that is wasn’t that obvious she said “you can get off my floor” and then proceeded to call the security guard which was totally not necessary. Not sure how long this woman had been working here but she clearly needs to be sent off to get some customer service training. There is definitely better customer service at the Race Tracs in South Florida.
