Maybe because it was New Years and he had to work not sure, or he was hungry because they were eating pizza on the floor while I waited which was rude. Nevertheless, I always rent from Enterprise. This was my first time at this location. Long story short my 0 turned into a 5 when I met Noah, his customer service was impressive. Another associate asked how was my experience when I returned the car and I said horrible, Noah heard and he was immediately concerned and very attentive with trying to turn things around about how I feeling and the young man did.. His customer service again was outstanding. He showed me why my feelings were right about Enterprise being 1# in the industry in my book and leading in customer service.I was completely shocked at the lack of customer service and disrespect I was shown by Lani which was very disappointing being that ranked Enterprise so high.Noah definitely left me feeling much better about my decision to choose Enterprise again.
