  I had a great experience. Everyone was kind. The only complaint I have is my car smelled like reefer. I don’t smoke and that bothered me. Who smokes reefer in a rental car? Jeeesh! I took the car and rolled down the windows because I love Camrys, especially fully loaded ones. They are closed on Sundays, but you can drop off the car and place the key in a key box on the building. I don’t rent cars often, so I am happy the Caucasian lady that works next door told me what to do.

  I initially had a reservation for the forest park store. The reservation was made two weeks in advance. The day of, I was told that there were no cars for me. I was Angry. Felt betrayed. My plans were almost ruined. After calling every location in Atlanta, The Hapeville location however worked diligently to find me a car. My local branch didn’t even call, answer or attempt to accommodate me. Calvin from the Hapeville branch over exceeding my expectations, got me in an even better rental. I was a couple hours behind schedule but if it wasn’t for Hapeville branch I would have not been able to make my trip a success! Everywhere else was sold out! I should have had a car ready at my branch but they told me they had 35 reservations and 4 cars. I don’t know why they wasn’t ready for the holiday weekend & their reservations but I will never book at that location again if it’s a must I need a car for vacation. I am a frequent customer at that location and it was very upsetting. I feel Hapeville is more dependable. Last week, I booked the manager special for a day because car had needed maintenance at dealership. The new manager over at my local branch tried to give me the smallest car on the lot with no hub caps. Look like the car was on a spare tire. I drive a BMW. Why would you “pick” that car for a paying customer. A customer with points insinuating I spend a lot of money on rental cars with the company. That was a member bonus and that’s what you pick for me for my customer appreciation! I had to pay on top of my free day to get a decent car. I didn’t even wait for them to thoroughly clean bc I was on a tight schedule. I’ve learned to take my business elsewhere where I will get great customer service. Not bashing my local store but with Hapeville new management, this will be my first choice.
