  Jiavoni was great! Very knowledgeable about the car and my history here and didn't pressure me about things i will need in the future. I will definitely be back to get my vehicle serviced. This location is very professional!

  The workers are nice, hardworking and very diligent in letting the customer know what needs to be done. I recommend this place. I got an oil change and my radiator flushed I think. I also had to get my lightbulb(headlight) changed, the car model i have made it difficult to put the lightbulb in and take out the old one and they tried really hard to understand how to do it and worked for hours disassembling the bumper where the lightbulb would have been able to come out which they didnt have to do, but they did. They were wery considerate.

  The manager and technician were very professional and informative. They explained the difference in oils that would keep my vehicles performance up and running and the attention that my vehicle needed to stay up to date with Carfax. They also got me in and out in a timely manner.

  I needed to speak with the person in charge, but he refused. The treatment I received was rude. The unfortunate thing is that I couldn't catch his name. I needed to discuss an issue regarding my second-to-last visit. One of the guys dropped some screws while attempting to remove the air filter. I only realized this the day before going in for this most recent oil change, when I popped the hood because I was planning to have the engine cleaned. The young man—Ash, or something like that, is what he told me his name was—actually tried to resolve the problem. *That* young man truly has a gift for customer service. The others, however, just wore sour expressions. I know the job isn't easy, but if a customer needs to speak with a supervisor, the very least they deserve is to be treated with courtesy. As for me, I won't be returning to this particular Valvoline ever again. I'll take my business elsewhere.

  Please be aware and do not take your vehicle here. I took my car here back in November 2025 for a simple oil change. It is now April and I have not been able to drive my car since this oil change left me sitting on the side of the road because the young lady damaged my coolant hose that houses the antifreeze my car runs hot and I have been paying a car note for a vehicle that I cannot drive. The manager refused to assist or even have a true mechanic look at my vehicle after I was told by customer service that that was going to take place. They did not allow me to review the video footage and stated that they looked at it, but also stated they didn’t have access to look at it. I am now seeking legal help because I am out of money and no operable vehicle. I have a family and I have other bills and this has put me in a horrible situation all from an oil change that they won’t admit that they messed up on. Do not take your vehicle here please do not take your vehicle here. My car is a Mercedes by the way
