As a female I feel that this was one of the best oil changes I have ever had because they did not haggle to do anything other than get my oil changed! And I totally appreciated that! They checked all of the basic functions of the vehicle, topped off all the fluids, gave me a list of possible repairs my car would need, and sent me on my way as a very happy customer!

The moment we pulled up he signaled for us to wait while yelling on the phone. Then proceeded to walk up to our car, with much aggressions, asking if we had a problem or said something to him. While we hadn’t said a thing. The whole experience was terrifying and disappointing. It really made me not want to get service done at all from this location, but I had already purchased a Groupon for them and was in need of an oil change. If Brandon is there the next time I go? I will not be getting service !! so management or owners should discontinue his position if they want more clientele.
