My biggest issue is when you're guided into the car wash, the person doesn't use the prewash solution in the bucket to put on your car. I'm always trying to get their attention to wipe my grill for bugs, front windshield, and back glass. Then, they don't always hear me so it hardly gets touched. I'd say out of 5 washes, I might get them to do the solution once. It's rather frustrating. However, it would also be nice to have the car mat cleaning too. I've seen it at another car wash, used it, and thought it would be nice to have at Mister.
