1st time user of any pay for charge. So i was apprehensive. I plugged it in, but it didn't recognize nor start charging. The lady next to me said unplug it , turn off your app and replug it in. It worked. She said the system doesn’t always jive and she found that this works for her. Definitely a calming force. Happy that it charged 40% in 20 min.
