  Paul was excellent, knowing all pertinent information and details, GB was outstanding, knew what needed to be done instantly. All work was done with no stress. All other employees asked if I was taken care of. Massive hook in tire off tobacco rd today.

  DO NOT GO HERE IN GROVETOWN. WHEN JTS TINE TO CLOSE THEY DO ANYTHING TO YOUR CAR. THEY DO NOT VALANCE TIRES. I took it back and they didn’t even check the pressure . They said they aligned my tires but they did not. I am contacting g corporate. They damaged my vehicle

  Be careful here. They may tear your car up, and one thing they proved in the process is hey well lie and try to convince you to put yourself and your kids back in the car even though the brakes probably no longer work. Good job guys

  Booked service over a week out, only to find out the DAY of service that they could not help me. No phone call NOTHING. Horrible. I guess they will not not be getting my money.

  I made an appointment for 10am on a Thursday. I book tires and brakes look at. I arrived at 9:50 am my car didn’t get in until 11:00 am my car didn’t have tires put on till 1:45, they then said my car was done, but I had requested my brakes to be looked at. They asked if anyone had talked to me or showed me in the shop. No they did not so they said I have to wait another half hour and my car will get back in for brakes. Well I got done by 2:45pm. They did give me a few cash discounts. But over all I would say if they had done the job right the first time we would have all been happier.
