  I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change in Grovetown! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and genuinely friendly—it honestly felt like home. I came in for a coolant flush, and the whole process was smooth, quick, and very professional. I used to go to Jiffy Lube, but after my mechanic recommended Express Oil Change…whew, game changer!! After that coolant flush, I was SOLD. I already knew I’d be coming back—they’ve definitely got me now as a long-term customer. Terry, Paul, and the entire crew are amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and they really take care of you. If you’re looking for reliable car maintenance, oil changes, or auto service in Grovetown, this is the place to go. You can tell they actually care about their customers, and that makes all the difference. Yeah…this is my spot now. Highly recommend!

  They lied about both of my CV joints leaking to get me to purchase both. They tried to charge me $20 for an inspection that was actually FREE?! I took my car to a shop I trusted after and they found that Express Change put my lug nuts back on INCORRECTLY which is extremely and can lead to total wheel detachment. Paul, the service manager, denied the lug nuts situation and I will not be coming back here ever again.
