    I had a reservation scheduled for 5pm 4/23. I arrived a few minutes before 5 the store was closed and there was a sign on the door that stated went to go pick up cars will be back soon. Myself and several other people waited outside until 5:45pm for the associate to return back to the store. Once he arrived there was no I apologize for the wait or anything just straight to the point of business. So I’m given a car I do the inspection the car had a strong weed smell in it which I immediately let him know about because I didn’t want to be charged a smoking fee. I went back to continue the inspection and there was a huge crack across the windshield. So I go back and let him know about it and he asked the detailers did they clean the other jeep in which they replied no. So we had to wait for another vehicle to be cleaned. I didn’t get out of there until after 6. Upon returning the car I filled it up prior to bringing it back however the gas gauge started malfunctioning at first the hand didn’t move at all and then it moved slowly up once I drove it around but it wouldn’t go all the way up despite me pumping gas until it was literally spilling out. I tried to call and speak with someone this morning because I dropped the car off last night however the phone just rang and then it transferred me to another branch in which someone picked up the phone and hung it up. So I was charged extra for gas even though I returned the car on full.

    I visited this establishment on 04/13/2026 at around 2 pm. I just want to say these folks are awesome! When I got there, they had one person at the counter, and the driver that picked me up was also working detail. The rest of the team was working hard to get vehicles back in. Right when I walked in, I got a smile and a courtesy, even though you could tell it was super busy. Some of the customers were not so nice but this team kept their professionalism about them the entire time, handling every concern with politeness and a smile. They even provided options when I requested a smaller car because I was concerned with driving a larger vehicle. They worked through the quay of customers and got me out in what I feel was a reasonable amount of time considering the volume of people and vehicles they were handling. Great job team!

    This place sucks, made a reservation and they didn’t have car ready, moved reservation for another day, showed up at the time of reservation just so that the guy can tell me I’ll be right back left starting cleaning a car for another customer that was also waiting. They need more people and better customer skills. Stay away from this enterprise.

I reserved a compact car to stay within my insurance-approved rate (about $42/day). After being picked up and transported to the location, I was told my reserved vehicle was not available and was instead placed into a more expensive SUV (around $60–$65/day). I later returned to correct this and was switched into a different vehicle that appeared to meet my pricing needs. However, the real issue came at the end: I returned the vehicle after 22 days and was billed for 30 days, pushing my effective rate right back up to about $60/day—the exact situation I had already disputed. When I attempted to resolve the billing discrepancy, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional, even stating he “hoped to see me in court.” Let me be clear: • A reservation was not honored • I was initially placed into a higher-cost vehicle • Final billing did not match actual usage • Management refused to correct or properly address the issue This is not a minor customer service failure—this is a breakdown in basic business integrity. Corporate Enterprise Holdings should review: • Reservation fulfillment practices at this location • Billing accuracy and contract handling • Management conduct and customer dispute resolution If this is happening to multiple customers, it represents a much larger issue than a single bad experience. I expect this to be reviewed and addressed.
