He sent a guy out to fix that problem immediate with no hassle. I don't do business with no other tire place but Mavis on Wrightsboro rd. Grovetown Ga. He need a raise for Great customer service and also the hospitality shown to his customers. Thanks Sean!!!

I was back on the road with a fixed tire in under 15 minutes. A kid's play area in the waiting room with a wooden Tower of Hanoi and other blocks is a really nice touch :)

Paul was professional and kind and assured me they would get things taken care of. He updated me along the course of diagnostics and then at the end told me it was no charge! I was fully expecting to pay, so that was such a nice gesture. Good customer service will always bring people back! I’ll see you guys later this year when I need a new set of tires for my car! Thank you so much, Paul :)
