  Mavis Tire and brake Grovetown Ga on Wrightsboro road are crooked and thieves, I tried them 4 different times and it was always something that they can not do but said they could do jjust to get you in the garage, then they charged me for windshield wipers that I did not request and I had put some on myself a couple of weeks before, I did not look at my invoice until now 1/10/26 and see they charged me for wipers at mileage 166369 and again at 168987 just over 2k miles and I feel sure they never installed them.

  I took my Nissan to Mavis Tire & Brakes on Wrightsboro for a tire rotation. Paul, one of the service technicians assisted me with great service. They got my car in and out quickly. I highly recommend this shop and I will be using them again for my vehicle tire and brakes needs.

  Today I went to Mavis Tire for a tire issue, and the experience was great. The staff was professional, helpful, and efficient. They quickly fixed my tire and didn’t charge me anything, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that provides honest service without trying to upsell you. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

  Representative at front desk was prompt and verbally assisted prior to me closing the front door after walking in. Told him the issue and he asked for my keys and stated no problem we got you sir. Kudos kudos

  I went here to get a tire patched and was told it can't be done, and the tire I wanted to get patched was good(because if it was bad) the store person would have tried to sell me a brand new set of tires instead of one; I didn't feel like going anywhere else to get the tire patched because I had a donut on a Jeep, so I got the new tire without tire insurance and said I would come back whenever I need the other tires; they sold me a brand new bad tire that doesn't hold air while my other 3 tires are still going strong because I get the tires rotated and balanced with the oil change, but the brand new tire I got from here is an issue; nothing is stuck in the tire; they just gave me a bad tire period; I tell people to leave all of their stores alone Edit: After I posted my review the shop manager called me(I was surprised and impressed) and said that he wanted to make things right with me even though my issue were months old, and even explained that they have a new staff since I was there; I went in to talk to him and we talked and he wanted to replace the tire, but I told him I wouldn't feel right because I should have took care of the problem at the time, but I wasn't in the right mindset to go back, but I am was ready to finally talk about the experience; he wouldn't let me leave without making things right since I didn't want a new tire now because in a couple of months I want to get a set of the same tires, and he said when you are ready to get a new set come in and we will work it out then; I said that you just got a customer back; I explained that I spend 90% of my money in Augusta/on Post(tax free) and 10% in Columbia County(food and gas); I was truly surprised that I got that phone call and had to give this location another chance for reaching out to me for something that happened months ago
