  I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Grovetown!!(There's multiple locations across CSRA) I would especially like to thank Mr. Stephen, the estimator, for taking such great care of my repair process from start to finish. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed every step of the way. I was rear-ended, and the insurance covered the repairs — that’s why I selected “not sure” for the price in my review. The company is very diligent with their automated updates and detailed communication, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! Mr. Stephen explained that there was significantly more internal damage than what was visible cosmetically, and he made sure everything was properly addressed. He even cleared my engine light issues. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service. A big thank you to Mr. Stephen and the team! Highly recommend!

  I can’t say enough good things about Gerber Collision! They made the whole process so easy—worked directly with my insurance company and even helped with my rental return. Everyone there was friendly and professional, and they really went above and beyond to take care of us. My car looks perfect, like nothing ever happened! Huge thanks to the team at Gerber Collision!

  I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. A little while ago, I accidentally bumped my friend’s car at home and had to bring it here for repairs. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and thorough with their work. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car after the repair, which really impressed me. Throughout the process, they explained everything clearly and handled everything with care, so I never felt anxious about leaving the car with them. Of course, I hope I never have another accident—but if I ever need repairs again, I’ll definitely come back here. Gerber Collision & Glass is a place you can truly trust for honest, high-quality service and friendly support.
