Their professionalism and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. One challenge I’ve noticed—not just at this location but across Enterprise locations—is how difficult it can be to reach someone by phone. I believe it would be very beneficial if Enterprise as a corporation allowed customers to leave voicemails or offered a text messaging feature so customers could easily reach the location when lines are busy. Devon truly went above and beyond to help me secure a car when availability and staff was limited. From the moment I arrived, Devon was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to securing a car for everyone waiting. After attending to everyone waiting in line, he rolled his sleeves up and began cleaning cars too along with the car washer currently washing. I then found out it was his first day and the way he handled the pressure was super impressive. It is rare that you find a manager to jump right in and help his subordinates. I’m sure the car washer was equally impressed. His dedication, positive attitude, and determination turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and I’m truly grateful. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone as dependable and customer-focused as Devon. Because of his excellent support, I will definitely be returning.
