  My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Grovetown, GA has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I was renting a vehicle due to a not-at-fault accident, and the rental was supposed to be handled between Enterprise, the insurance company, and the repair shop. I was never notified in advance that Progressive stopped paying for the rental. The first time I learned of any issue was on January 21, when I spoke with an Enterprise employee Devon. During that conversation, I clearly stated that I was not responsible for the rental charges and that Enterprise did not have permission to charge my debit card. I also explained that the repair company had agreed to cover the rental fees. Despite this, Enterprise charged my card over $800 the very next day without my authorization. When I tried to address this, the employee, Devon, hung up on me and then refused to answer or return my calls. Since then, Enterprise has continued to charge my account, including another charge of $228, again without my consent. These unauthorized charges caused my bank account to become overdrawn and created unnecessary financial hardship. What made this situation worse was the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability from the staff. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was ignored after repeatedly trying to reach someone. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. Charging a customer’s debit card after they explicitly deny authorization is unacceptable, and the refusal to communicate afterward is even more troubling. I expected better transparency, customer service, and integrity from a company of this size

  worst location ever. I will never use Enterprise again because of how these employees have treated me in my insurance claim rental process.

  GREAT Service and friendly staff. The picked up and return was timely. Explained everything to me and upon return there were no surprise charges. Highly recommended!

  Completely dissatisfied. Three different locations and the employees were unprofessional and at least one lied. Not ever using them again.
