Kawanta, Colin, Deon were all very nice and very professional. Being an ex Mercedes technician myself, kinds quizzed the crew before they began, I must say, they operate pretty good. They had the right tool to remove oil filter housing on my Mercedes even. I appreciate these guys. They’re very cool, very nice, and explains everything clearly. Thank guys! I’m a real dude and this is exactly how things went down.
Need to update the hours on google. Wasted an hour of my Sunday because they it said they open at 8am on Sunday only to find out they do not open until 10am.

I visited this new location that opened in Griffin about a month ago. I could tell the workers were high school-aged and didn’t really know what was going on with my truck. The oil plug was cross-threaded and stuck. A woman told me the manager would be in the next morning, so I came back and waited for a while to ask if the manager was there.
A girl went back into the office and discussed it with the workers. They seemed unsure and said they didn’t order that oil plug for my truck, which made it feel like they were avoiding the issue.
I never saw the manager or spoke with him. Instead, the same woman with glasses came out again. I felt like my time was wasted, so I ended up going to Scott Auto, where they quickly replaced the oil plug. I would not recommend that location for truck service, especially for oil changes or oil plug repairs, because the staff didn’t seem experienced with different truck brands. It’s better to go to an auto shop with experienced adult technicians who know trucks well. I’ve had a much better experience in Lovejoy and Peachtree City at Valvoline for the past three years compared to Griffin. I hope this location hires more experienced technicians who are knowledgeable about trucks and oil plug repairs.

Do not ever get your oil changed here. Do not waste your time.Do Not ever get an Oil Change at this place!!!!!!!!!! we took our truck to get a oil change Saturday morning on 28 March. The assistant manager was on break. We pull up to the bay. Nothing completely wrong with our vehicle just needed a regular oil change. They have several young mechanics look like they are all high school aged tech technicians.We proceeded to do the oil change. The technician came back up from the bay after he did the oil change and said that he couldn’t get my boat to go back on my vehicle. The boat was completely stripped. Do not know what he used to take it off. My oil started leaking everywhere. He denied that he did anything to the vehicle. The assistant manager tried to assist us and let her manager know that we did not bring our truck up there with the oil leak and that it was not leaking oil, however, the Assistant manager called the general manager at that about the situation. He was very adamant to even speaking with us, or giving us his information or what not. we contacted. Claims, claims advised for the assistant manager to have the vehicle towed and to set up a Rent-A-Car and have the manager to speak to the claims department the manager refused without even coming up to acknowledge a customer. He refuse over the phone, the whole claim and deny that any wrongdoing happen at the time of services and told us that we brought our car up there with a oil leak and that it was our fault. we ended up having to get our vehicle towed speaking to Claims on our own term and taking it up to another level. We’re now waiting for regional to contact us about the situation. The manager ended up calling us later on Saturday evening without us, even knowing that he was going to contact us when he told us that he was not coming up there and he would not speak with us. We had no idea who he was. We ended up talking to him about the situation on the phone. He advised the one 800 number to disconnect the call as we were having a heated conversation about services. We are now in the process of getting our vehicle fixed and waiting for the regional to contact us about this manner to reimburse us of our tow and getting our truck fixed. We have several videos and pictures even videos of my driveway showing that my truck had no oil leak where it was parked and the situation happened after the gentleman touched the vehicle. It is now leaking oil everywhere from where he changed the oil from and the manager is denying that they did anything wrong. This place is pathetic!!!!!!! We are waiting to speak with Corporate about this situation!!!!!!!
