A few weeks ago, when the temperatures dropped, my tire pressure light came on. After ignoring it for a few days, I decided to stop by Mavis just to get air put in my tires. When I walked inside and asked about the cost, the manager on duty, Dre, was incredibly helpful. He quickly got someone to assist me, and not long after, Tanner, a very friendly tech, came out to help. Tanner offered to pull my car into the bay to add air, and while doing so, he noticed a gash in one of my rear tires. I had already been aware of it, as another provider had told me it wasn't a big deal, but Tanner took the time to explain the risks of driving on a tire with that kind of damage, warning me about the possibility of a blow-out. Even though times are tough, and I wasn't budgeting for a new tire that day as a single mom of two, Tanner and Dre worked together to find me a reasonable price for a new tire. Tanner got my tire changed in under 30 minutes and even found a large nail in my other tire that could have been a problem. A few days later, my tire valve cap came off, and I was able to go back to Mavis with no hassle, where they quickly replaced it for me. I've been loyal to another automotive provider for years, but after this experience, Mavis has definitely earned my business moving forward. I’m so grateful for the great service, the knowledge, and the care they showed me. Highly recommend this location!
- JPJennifer PattersonNov 1, 20251.010 out of 10 do not recommend! Got 5 mins down the road oil light came on (after they just changed the oil) took it to my dealership to get it checked out. Not enough oil put in it, almost a quart to low. And they said they fixed the leak in my tire by patching in. Next morning in was low again, took it to my normal shop, they took the tire off the rim no patch inside tire.
