- H8HG 8084 days ago1.0My car had some scrapes near the fender an now they’re fixed, but at what cost? These are the issues I encountered upon pickup: They left the cover for the diagnostic area off and did not tell me. There was an unbranded styrofoam cup in my car. They made no effort to vacuum or clean out the footprints on my car mats. I dropped my car off on a rainy day so there’s no way I had footprints on the driver’s seat mat. Magically the inside handle for one of my doors stopped working all of a sudden. How embarrassed I felt. Just because I live within my means with an older car doesn’t mean I want others to treat it like crap! At least I’m not in debt trying to keep up with the Jones’s…I won’t be coming back.
