- AGAlfye GoreSep 24, 20251.0This RaceTrac is advertised as 24 hours, yet every time I stop by after my shift at night the doors are locked. The same employee is always there, but instead of helping customers, he’s locks the doors and is cleaning or restocking and refuses service. That defeats the entire purpose of being “24 hours. It’s frustrating and, honestly, unsafe for anyone who might have an emergency and depend on this location. I’ve never had this issue at other RaceTrac stores, so it’s disappointing to see it happening here. Management needs to either staff this store properly or investigate why service is being denied during advertised hours. Customers should be able to trust that a 24-hour station is actually open.
