However, it's been a disaster recently and getting worse - entry gates and sensors don't work for members, the tire shine works maybe 50/50, and the staff seems clueless to fix the problems. What used to be a 5 minute activity of running through is often 15+ minutes while everyone fumbles to do basic functions of their jobs, and the lines back up. In general, there appears to be a poor management, training, and maintenance.

I'm willing to bet that they don't want your business either. Avoid at all costs even though it's probably the most convenient car wash around here.
