  I had a really great experience with Express Mobile Auto Glass. I called around to a few places before deciding, and their prices were hands down the cheapest, which already had me impressed. But what really sold me was the service. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. On top of that, they were super friendly and polite the entire time. You can tell they actually care about their customers and not just getting the job done. My windshield looks perfect now, like nothing ever happened. If you’re debating who to go with, I’d definitely recommend them. Fast, affordable, and genuinely good people.

  These reviews got me. I DON'T RECOMMEND, here's why. My inital interaction over the phone and in person was great. I was told they are the best and check the reviews to support claim. My experience has been horrible. I hear wind coming from my windshield. When I brought my concern up, I was told to bring it to the shop. One year warranty, no problem. When I arrived, I felt no one believed me but I was prepared to prove what I was talking about. I had to beg for someone to ride in the car to hear what I'm hearing. After riding in the car, I was told that's unfortunate, that's the difference between OEM & OEE. Sometimes it won't be the same as the original. I said I know that, regardless you shouldn't hear wind, the windshield is defective. He said it was Normal. That insulting. You should never hear noise coming from your windshield. I showed him how one side has no gap and the other side, my finger can go completely behind it. He felt that didn't prove anything. My original glass didn't make noise, no wind, and it was tight against the dash. You couldn't put your finger in between. Now, I have to get it replaced again. He told me he'll beat any advertised price. I feel the treatment is due to that discount. It's uncomfortable driving now. Everytime I drive, I hear more and more rattling and now I hear wind on the driver side too. He did a test and we can't see anything but, we both heard it. It's not normal. He should've replaced it. I wouldn't want my customer uncomfortable like that. He'll never see me again and I'm sure he's thankful of it. Please go elsewhere. Hopefully this was a one off situation. I should've left it the way it was, cracked and all. It's been a nightmare for me.

  I was quoted close to $1900 at SafeLite which is crazy!! Calibration for a Benz window. I emailed Express Mobile by Jonathan for half the price! New window and calibration for more than half of the safelite quote. Reserved a day and took less than 2 hours. Chad who helped me along the way was awesome. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. Very friendly service! I would definitely recommend them! Great work
