On Oct 3, 2025, I signed up for a monthly car wash plan. Before signing up I asked if they would put a sticker on my car, the young lady told me no. After signing up for the plan her manager, Greg, stepped in. He said they have to put the sticker. Immediately after signing up, I requested to cancel the plan. The manager told me that a credit would be processed within 5 to 10 days. However, I never got the refund so I reached out to their corporate office. In a very rude email I was informed that it is the company's "policy" to NEVER give refunds. I went back to Zips in Loganville and talked to manger, he was shocked to see the email and he asked me to forward it to him. Since then no replay from the manager, I went back to see him again he changed his story as well. Unbelievable, all for $12.50.

Prior to this visit I received an email to update my payment information but when I arrived the gentleman said I couldn’t and had to pay full price. When I called customer service they said I couldn’t. Today I returned and Brenda made it work. If I had another set of hands I’d give her four thumbs up. The only other thing I will say is that the mat cleaner never work
