I ASKED him if there would be any hidden/unexpected fees, and this freak said no. Against my better judgement I agreed to the repair, and they immediately broke a bolt and instead of owning up to THEIR mistake, they wanted to charge me an additional $250 to fix their mistake. Then when I just wanted to cancel, they had the shame to charge me for their "labor" which included NOTHING but breaking the bolt on my car after I just wanted to back out. Wouldn't trust these people to pump gas into my car.

GTA was extremely helpful when I needed a quick checkup some months back, and recently were a major help when my car needed some important brake and radiator work. Big shout out to Aaron and Abraham, incredible customer service and reliable mechanic work! As a young woman who only knows the bare basics in car maintenance, it's nice to have people who will be honest about repairs without talking down to you or trying to give some bogus add ons. If they're telling you what your car needs, they're doing it because its the truth, and that honesty is a breath of fresh air.
