Mike the manager as well. Mike insure his mechanic is doing an exceptional job by spot checking an assisting his mechanic if needed. The mechanic Marcus did an excellent job on the Service of my vehicle. I will recommend this Goodyear Location to family and friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

My insurance includes roadside service (thank goodness bc I recently had knee surgery and cannot get down to change a tire) so I was able to get the spare tire settled quickly. I called Goodyear in Grayson because I have consistently received above and beyond service (they do not make recommendations you don't need (and I know this bc I shopped around for brakes)). It was late, almost 5pm when I called. I was told they probably wouldn't be able to get my tire patched that evening, but if I left it with them, they would do it first thing in the morning and I could get my tire back on my car. I got there about 530pm. One of the gentlemen at the desk came out and took a look at the tire and said, if you can wait, we can fix this right now. I said I could wait and they fixed me up. Tire was patched, other tires were checked and fixed air pressure if needed. They didn't charge me for it and got me safely back on the road. I will not take my car anywhere else. The people here truly care about their customers and doing the right thing. I will do any future repairs with Goodyear!! Thank you again for getting me back up and running on all four tires!!
