    I stopped by AutoZone yesterday evening and could tell it was a tough, busy shift, but Damir remained incredibly positive and kind the entire time. His customer service was outstanding! He helped me find the right windshield wipers and even took the time to install them for me. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and great attitude.

    The front desk was okay, made themselves look busy. The manager didn't know anything about his job and very rude. Pictures are based on the sign saying do not block fire hazard do not block door. I will not be back to this location in Loganville.

    Greg took time to check on how to reset my air in my car. It stopped blowing after I had a battery installed. He was very patient until it started blowing out cold air.

    On September 12, 2025 I went in because my engine light came on. I received assistance from all three gentlemen in the store. They were very patient in explaining to me what could possibly be going on. Gregory was extremely helpful. Thank you for all of your help.

    My battery died at the chipotle right next to the store. The first time I went to the store the associate sold us a wall charged based portable battery for the car and I explicitly told this person that I don’t have a way of charging anything that I need something portable already charged It didn’t work. I returned it next time around. I come to the store and the manager today, Sunday, September 14 the manager showed us another $84 battery that was on yellow which it could mean 20% or 80% and he was more worried about telling me how not to return the product to the store so that I don’t start getting refunds and I’m not interested in getting a refund. I’m interested in turning on my vehicle Then he proceeded to getting heated with me and started a back-and-forth argument and I’m telling him I’m nine months pregnant and I’m not playing games. I’ve been sitting at the Starbucks trying to charge this thing for an hour and it still unread. Then he proceeded to show me another battery that was also unread and he had the audacity to tell me that battery was working and it was dead just the same as the one I was about to return at the end he returned it, but he got into a back-and-forth with me which was really unnecessary because I’m a client and he’s supposed to give me the best experience. He proceeded to refund the product which was out of battery, and I told him when you turned it on you saw it was on a yellow mode, which means it has a little bit of battery or no battery to the point where when you connected to the vehicle, it will go to zero. He was more worried about yelling at me being a woman Then to solve my problem and he almost didn’t even want to sell me a freaking cable
