He explained it would be around a 45 minute job and told me the tests / ancillary work involved and that it would be $249. Great. I told him she’d arrive around 5:45pm. She arrived at 5:45pm, and they refused to install the battery even when she explained that I’d called and confirmed everything. I can’t recommend a business that goes against their word.
