  Mr. Dj and team went out of their way to fix somethIng that they didnt break. I was absolutely amazed. Great rental place and team.

  The enterprise employees were very helpful and quick when I needed to rent a car for a death in my family. Thank you for making a very difficult time a little easier. We will definitely choose enterprise again.

  Worst experience ever. Went to get a car which was a small yellow Mitsubishi on all spare tires I’m 6’2 and barely fit in the car. That wasn’t even the bad part the car given to me broke down and had zero oil in the motor. Roadside assistance was helpful besides the language barrier. I got the car from the garden city location and was told I could trade it out when calling to tell them I was broke down the man on the phone was very disrespectful and was making smart comments. He piped down after asking him to come clean the oil stain out of my driveway from the car leaking. I had to get a new car from the airport and wait for 30 mi it’s while 7 other people got cars before I did. Spritley the big broad black lady said I was “ Doing to much” when I asked why other people got cars before me after telling me it would be a 10 minute wait. I went outside and they let a couple choose between 3 different cars while they couldn’t seem to find an available car for me. The new car given to me wreaked of weed and was filthy. If I could give 0 stars I would do not use enterprise car rentals at all. Some employees were helpful most were rude and did not want to be doing their job. Will never use enterprise ever again.

  Miscommunication between employees because they said go inside the manger has questions to ask you. Never asked me any questions when I went in I was ignored. I waited 2 hours for no questions and a bunch of bullshit. Please communicate better and more appropriately instead of looking the other way. Other than having nice customer service place was booky.
