- JMJerry MackeyFeb 6, 20261.0Purchased 4 brand new batteries, changed starter and alternator or 10/13/25. 3/4 batteries tested to be bad batteries.. on 2/6/26 second time this has happened. Poor customer service concerning my issue. I have to purchase new batteries and wait for my refund after Vanguard tested the batteries. If you sell a product stand by it.. Not to mention I was not the only owner there for BAD BATTERIES
