We really had no choice but to go here because we were traveling on 95 and the tractor trailer in front of us blew a tire during heavy traffic and the tire popped up and smacked our front grill/bumper which took out our radiator. We had full coverage and the insurance company told us to go here so we really didn't worry much about it being taken care of properly. We finally get a call from them after 2 MONTHS to fix our vehicle from front end damage letting us know it was ready. (Mind you we live 1200 miles from this place). We pull into their parking lot and it has a completely different grill with a different color AND a flat tire. This vehicle was stock everything before. We start it up; it immediately starts to overheat. While investigating, we discover the bumper cover was not even secured properly and neither was the the radiator! They did replace a headlight-WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE-so the headlights did not match! We ended up having to spend another night in that area so they could JUST make the vehicle road worthy! If you have another option, go somewhere else!
