    Literally if I could give 0 stars I would. Mellissa in commercial parts was very rude. When we approached the commercial parts area her first remark was “I don’t know why she (cashier) keeps sending yall over here” mind you- we called her to request a certain item in advance. When we tried explaining to her that we had called about 15-20 minutes prior to arriving she repeatedly cut us off saying that she didn’t speak to anyone, when we said multiple times that we spoke to a Melissa in commercial parts. Even if we didn’t speak to her directly and spoke to a different Mellisa from a different store, there is absolutely no need for that attitude towards a paying customer. Then as we were paying for the part we needed, we asked about a free tool loaner for a part we needed as well. She told us it would be $75 when the flyer says free- i understand that the funds would go back once the item is returned, but again, it was the way she went about it and spoke to us. Finally, as we are waiting on the receipt for our purchase she goes to trash talk her new coworker (the cashier) at the front counter. Melissa said things like “I don’t know why they have her up there when she doesn’t know what she’s doing” and said things about how they hire new people and just leave them there when they aren’t sure what they’re doing. It was not a pleasant visit here at all and from someone who works in customer service it takes more energy to be a rude and nasty person to a customer than to just be a helpful and patient employee.

    I own an auto repair company here in savannah. Been waiting on parts, for 3 weeks, that were supposed be overnight. My customer is pissed at me because autozone cant deliver when they say they will. My patience has run thin and I gave Micheal a mouthful today. While he doesnt know where my parts are or whats going on... he handled the situation with absolute professionalism. I commend him on that. Good work Micheal. Giving this establishment a 1 star solely because they cant seem to find vendors that are reliable. If yall can get your act together... I have a lot of money to spend with Autozone. I regularly spend 200k dollars a month with parts stores here in Savannah. If you want my business... please correct this nonsense.

    Guy at counter was rude and said he couldn't help me with a jump. I understand people get busy so I asked if any of the other workers could help. No because it wasn't "their department". I know if there are 8 employees walking around talking at least one of them could have helped me. It would have taken no more than 3 minutes. I waited an hour for roadside assistance while the guy who was "too busy" stood outside and smoked.Terrible customer service, I'm glad I didn't spend my money there now.

    The manager of this store was very helpful he was great I had went to a different AutoZone and they gave me the wrong part causing my whole day to go off balance. The manager of this store here did great found my correct part and assisted me to the best of his ability I am beyondddd satisfied with his help and will be a longtime customer of this store!!!!! Thank you very much sir.

    I really want to thank the young man John! for helping me he had so much patience putting my battery in,I know it was very difficult he went out his way going to get extra tools to assist with my battery…thank you so much young man keep up the good work your future is bright!! And also the other workers as well no good deed goes unnoticed Auto zone John deserves Employee of the Month!!! Thank you John.
