I didn’t catch the name of the lady who worked in commercial parts there, but both of them were a delight, super friendly, and very professional with us. After having a horrible time at Auto Zone next door to them, April and the Commercial Parts employee helped us, heard about our experience at Auto Zone and helped us right away! I was happy to see a part for sale there that we almost spent twice as much to rent at the other store and managed to spend half of what I was originally going to half to pay to just rent. 10/10 experience here and thank you guys for your help!

It was instantly helped out by the staff. They was doing a little inventory when I walked in, but they Acknowledged and greeted me wonderful wonderful service if you need something for your car, advanced auto Garden City is the place to go. Auto zone was just ready to throw parts at it and I waited in the store for over a hr never even got a welcome these guys aren’t paid enough.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
