- EAEl Pequeño Allen5 days ago1.0I am a person of limited means, as I am currently going through a difficult situation. Nevertheless, I tend to shop at your store every single day; I buy food and fill up my car with gas. Consequently—and due to my financial constraints I sometimes purchase a beverage, and on occasion, I will refill that drink at the dispenser machine sometimes filling it only halfway, with very little liquid and a lot of ice. Tonight, while I was making a purchase, one of your employees a dark-skinned man of heavy build who wears glasses made a suggestion to me in a manner that was unkind, tactless, and unprofessional. He informed me—right in front of other customers who heard everything and even mocked me that I am required to pay for the beverage every single time. This caused me great embarrassment; he had no idea what I am currently going through. Furthermore despite everything I have just mentioned it is worth noting that I am one of the few customers who shops at your store daily, spending a monthly average that likely exceeds $1,000. It is truly a shame that, because of incidents like this, I no longer have any desire to return there!

Gas prices are typical for the area and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of, with access to traffic lights at both Limestone and White Sulfur.
