  ETHAN IS THE BEST! He was honest, quick and thorough!!!! he's easy on the eyes, so basically this place is every Starbucks girl dream car service! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Spent 1700 dollars to replace a master cylinder and a brake booster. Dropped off my truck at 10am picked it back up around 4pm. Drove off with a spongy peddle. Returned around 5:30pm. The manager Jason called, for me to pick up the next day around 2pm. Told me my back brakes were out of adjustment. The next day, today, I am in prime time Atlanta traffic and my brakes go completely out. I call the shop, he tells me they can look at it. I get there, diagnose the problem on my own. It was a brake line, that the tech admitted to acknowledge the bolt was not there. He claimed the bolt was broke off in the spindle that’s why he didn’t fix it. Pictures are attached of the bolt I installed in the same hole that the tech claimed there was a bolt broke off in. No one offered any hospitality. I drove with my emergency brake over to advanced, fixed my own brake line. Back home, someone would’ve offered a ride or to fix it. These people were only worried about closing shop. I highly don’t recommend using this shop. From a good ole girl from Mississippi, I have nothing good to say about Atlanta after my experience. Jason, the shop manager, should not work the front desk. He has to be the rudest individual I have ever ran across and he made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a woman.

  Ethan was very quick to greet me and get me in the bay. He did clean my windshield (thank you!) but my fluids were not topped off 😬

  Wanted to give this place a 5 star but as a woman, I hate coming to these places by myself because I feel like the men look at me like I’m an idiot and are just trying to see how much money they can get off of me that’s exactly how these people made me feel which is a shame because I usually go to the Dawsonville location and have never had these problems! No
