I have the warranty and it’s saved me countless times and has more than paid for itself. Everyone is always so kind and thorough, even when they have many guest in the lobby as well as the phones ringing off the hook. Today specifically, TJ and Tom did more than their job and were able to lift my spirits after an unexpected tire replacement was needed. They were personable and very helpful. I went from coming in frustrated and visibly upset to leaving feeling thankful and blessed to have interacted with them today. It’s easy to feel like another number or unimportant with repair shops but these guys take the time to do the job and do it right the first time! They work with integrity and that’s priceless in today’s times. I specifically heard Tom advise a customer of an active reacall on his Chevy truck informing him that it would need to be taken care of the right way at the dealership and after that the company would be more than happy to do the service. Tj was very kind and personable when letting me know what was going on with my car and we had light conversation about my account email cs it’s funny. Thank you guys for always coming through when my car decides to be mean to me lol. Yall are the best!! From the technicians to sales reps lol EVERYONE here is kind and does their job efficiently! I’ll always be a customer here and recommend this place to anyone. Sorry for any typos as im writing this while still in the parking lot lol!
