  The service I received at Krause Hyundai was very good. I had them do an oil change, tire rotation, and an alignment. Waited in there waiting room for about 2-3 hours for my vehicle to be finished. All in all I didn’t think that was too bad. A shout out to Dalton. Very pleasant to work with.

  On two separate occasions I've called trying to get maintenance done on my Hyundai. Left a message both times and no return call. I've purchased three Hyundai's from Autonation Mall of Ga. I called them and just like that I have my appointments. I was excited to know Hyundai was in Gainesville but it's to bad they don't return calls. Ill continue to go to Buford!

  I had an outstanding experience at this Hyundai dealership. Tracy, my sales rep, was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable—she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Tony in finance was just as impressive, clearly explaining everything and making sure I got the best possible deal. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service at Krause Family Hyundai of Gainesville! The staff is very understanding and friendly. What I value most is that they genuinely care about offering the best service without imposing additional costs. Totally recommended! Excelente servicio en Krause Family Hyundai de Gainesville!   Getting really frustrated with this business. My husband and I bought a car from them two weeks ago, didn’t want to lease it but we were told that it would be cheaper in the long run if we leased it then paid it off after the first month. When we asked how much interest it would accrue before we could pay it off they said “oh maybe $15”. That was a lie. The second issue is that the salesperson had us sign a paper saying we did NOT want a warranty, then we got to the finance office and were told we do have a warranty that was “included” and the guy was very short with us and wouldn’t go into much detail about what the warranty was or how much it costed and at NO POINT did anyone tell us we would be paying $3,000 extra for this warranty or that the loan accrues $5 of interest PER DAY. Ever since, we have been trying to get this resolved and have only been met with rudeness and being passed around to different people in the process and given very little information about when this will possibly be resolved. so far we have paid as much off of the car as the app will possibly let us, but as far as the warranty goes all we know is “hopefully this week” there’s a chance it will be resolved? Again, WE DID NOT WANT THIS WARRANTY ! and are now paying $5 a day sitting waiting on this to get dealt with. Not to mention the car was listed for $7,500 and we were comfortable with the dealer charge of $10,500 cash but we got tricked into the leasing and then forced into a warranty without being asked, then we leave the office and find out it’s going to be over $15,000 with interest. it’s literally a 13 year old car with over 160,000 miles. Basically I just want this warranty off because I feel like i’ve already been played and paid too much for this car to be also paying $5 extra a day for their mistake!!! and they’re rude on top of it!
