  I just recently purchased a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I love this vehicle! This is my first Hyundai. I have purchased several cars from Josh Ayub and Shawn Evans over the years. I followed them both to this dealership. I tried Hyundai because I trusted them both. I am glad I did! I am super impressed with my new Tucson. The driving assist features are the best I have ever used. I have had Lexus and Mercedes with driving assist. Hyundai has the top of the line technology group in my opinion. I have had many vehicles of just about every make and model at some point. I am a new customer for life of the Krause family dealership. Relationships are everything with automobile dealers. Now my favorite car brokers work for a great manufacturer too. I am about to purchase my daughters first car from here also. I am sold on the safety features and quality build of Hyundai.   I’ve been here several times for different reasons. Colin helped me with getting my new car which was a good process and everyone I had contact with on the sales team was wonderful. However this past time I took my car in because I thought my tire sensor wasn’t reading correctly I made an appointment 2.5 hours before I had to be at work and was assured it really shouldn’t take more than an hour so it should be plenty of time. My service advisor was Randy. They took my car back I let them know I’d be waiting and then 2 hours passed. I had 15 minutes until I needed to leave so I went to find out what was going on since I’d heard nothing. Randy honestly seemed like he’d forgotten about me with the “ oh yeh! Did you know. This?” Then took me back to see what he was talking about. The young guy working on my car was great. Super nice tried to explain everything easily and tried to help figure out solutions to our time constraint. The only thing wrong was a nail in my tire it just didn’t look like the tire was actually that low. The mechanic apologized to me for it taking so long saying he was PULLED INTO A MEETING after being assigned my car. Once I said I 1. Didn’t have time for a patch I was told would take at least 30 minutes and 2. Didn’t want to pay $50 for it considering it’s half that anywhere else the service advisor rudely shut down any other alternative and basically pushed me out the door commenting to someone else “ I was supposed to leave 15 minutes ago” 1. Not my fault you didn’t get to leave on time maybe you should have let u with the progress of my vehicle more. 2. There’s no reason finding out there’s a nail in my tire should take 2 hours when you aren’t busy and there’s an excess of staff hanging about. 3. It is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a mechanic to be pulled into a meeting after being assigned a car of someone that’s actively waiting in the lobby. That is BEYOND rude to your client and disrespectful not their time. You either hold the meeting until after or assign someone else if it’s individual or catch them up afterwards if its for the group. At minimum give people an update. I’m trying not to let this leave a bad impression moving forward but if the service team is this unorganized band nonchalant about clients time it does not encourage wanting to continue having service done there

  We had a great experience with Krause. Our salesperson was Alex. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Alex was able to answer our questions and was very patient with us as we tried to make our decision. We would definitely recommend coming here.

  Special shoutout to Zaire at Kraus Hyundai and the entire team! I drove two hours to pick up my vehicle, and the experience was absolutely worth it. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and professionally. I never felt pressured at any point, which made the whole process even better. I traded in my 2023 M3 Competition, and the trade-in process was seamless and straightforward. The team made sure everything was handled efficiently and transparently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and I’d gladly drive two hours again to work with them!

  I have to give a HUGE shout out to Krause Family Hyundai!! Joshua Ramirez and Katie Silva went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy with the purchase of my new palisade- calligraphy!!! The dealership was very warm and friendly but also very professional with a “no-pressure” sales environment. Thank you Krause Family for a truly fun and pleasant buying experience.
