  In November of 2025 I changed all of the shocks on my vehicle and came to this location to have an alignment done to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues with my tires wearing unevenly. It is now four months later, with only 3 thousand miles driven, and both of my front tires have worn excessively on the inside edge to the point the cords are showing despite the rest of the tire being fine. This is the only shop I have ever been to that did not provide a print out after the alignment showing the before and after of all four corners. My wife is the one who dropped my car off for this appointment, and at the time I didn’t think I needed to return to question this. Looking back though it would seem that I was charged for a service that was either not done, or done improperly. I thought I was doing everything by the book to avoid having to buy a new set of tires so soon, it turns out I just gave this shop extra money for myself to end up in the same position anyway.

  Haven't had too good of experiences at this Walmart for Auto Care but yesterday this employee named Isaac he went above and beyond made sure that everything was taken care of even afterwards checked the oil and it was a smidge under he went and got oil and brought it back out to the parking lot put it in the correct oil level Thank you Isaac Great employee somebody should see your dedication and reward it

  This location was incredibly efficient and quick, would recommend if you are in the Gainesville area. Ethan was very helpful and straightforward about pricing and particular services Express Oil provided, thank you guys!

  Great experience here. Eric P was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The location is easy to get to, my oil change was done quickly, and it was the most affordable place I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
