  What a joy it was dealing with Miss Joy ! Somebody needs to give this woman a raise and some praise!! we originally rented a vehicle from The Lavonia location Upon doing the physical walk-through, we pointed out the tire had multiple nails and staples in it. The lady reassured us that it was OK. It was still holding air. We pulled off a lot with the Tire pressure light on having to air up the tire as soon as we got back to the house very unsafe! We were told to pull into any enterprise location to swap out the vehicle so we chose the Gainesville location ironically joy was there And took care of everything for us, upgraded the vehicle and treated us with great customer service I wish there was more people like joy in the customer service field. It definitely makes a difference to felt heard and treated Respectfully, we will definitely be returning to this location from this point on! And if Joy is reading this you go girl rock on!! Keep up the great work 👍

  The two employees in the front were nice but seemed understaffed for how busy it was. Arrived on time for my reservation but was “checked in” and told to wait a bit to be fully helped. That wait turned into an hour then I received a super small car, not the class I paid for, because the employee said the rate I paid for was for the “cheapest car on the lot”. Which would have not been the case had my reservation been completed at the time I reserved. People coming in after me were receiving complimentary upgrades because they didn’t have their class of car on the lot. As a result of the long wait, I was really late to an important appointment in Atlanta. When I returned the car, I expressed my displeasure about the pickup experience and was told they will “do better in the future”. For this to be the only main rental place in the city, it should be a good experience every time. If a company knows they are busy on a certain day of the week they need the staff to reflect that. And to help people in the order they arrived and by their reservation time. The employees were nice, but the wait time, lack of effort to rectify the situation, and overall experience is why this review gets 3 stars.

  Everyone was absolutely amazing. Talked me through everything ,checked in to see if things were ok. They really are a good place to rent a car.

  The car I was given was new, less than 100 miles and loaded with all the upgrades available for a small KIA. The staff was supportive and efficient.

  If I could leave no stars - I would Called yesterday to reserve for my wife to pickup a reservation on full sized vehicle - Peter confirmed it would be ready When my wife came there were no cars on the lot. After an hour they brought a car with the eng light on low oil. Took it back to another lot. Other People showed up pissed for similar reason no cars but was confirmed. They offered a ride to those people to another location but argues with my wife that she couldn’t be guaranteed a car after she offered 3 times to go another location. After another hour they brought the same car back unclean and out of gas. When I say unclean the steering wheel was sticky and stinky inside like cigarettes and cologne. We are non smokers - they took the car to the car wash and only cleaned the outside. Not one time did Peter apologize or take ownership of the issue. As a service manager enterprise should look elsewhere - I get better service from strangers on the street. We got the car no gas dirty inside and now we’re pissed off. If I didn’t need the rental I would have asked her to leave. Absolutely ridiculous - they do not have their shop in order. We are telling everyone to avoid enterprise - especially this location. If you’re thinking about enterprise DONT. I will drive 2 hours away to around this place to rent a car in the future and will never allow this to be our problem ever again. Go anywhere else and save yourself from some very bad service.
