    I make a reservation for a car with an Enterprise call center. An Enterprise employee courteously picked me up at the auto shop. Once I arrived at the car rental facility, I had to wait 2 hours until I finally received my rental car. The lack of available cars should have been caught by the reservation call center. I definitely expect some refund on my payment.
