The manager clearly knew I was standing there with just two items to check out and instead of mentioning there was a self-checkout he allowed me to stand there until I abruptly said something. This is a retail store, you should work on customer service and making sure customers in line are at least acknowledged. I'll go somewhere else in the future. Last time I'll go to this store. They obviously don't need me.

Not only was he knowledgeable and patient, but he also took his time to help me install a starter on my car something I wasn’t expecting at all. His kindness and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s extremely rare to find customer service like this, I’m incredibly grateful and won't forget.
