11/15/25 - Don't get in any hurry here. Stood in line COMPLETELY ignored for 5+ minutes. The manager clearly knew I was standing there with just two items to check out and instead of mentioning there was a self-checkout he allowed me to stand there until I abruptly said something. This is a retail store, you should work on customer service and making sure customers in line are at least acknowledged. I'll go somewhere else in the future. Last time I'll go to this store. They obviously don't need me.

Great experience at AutoZone thanks to Richard, who truly went above and beyond. Not only was he knowledgeable and patient, but he also took his time to help me install a starter on my car something I wasn’t expecting at all. His kindness and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s extremely rare to find customer service like this, I’m incredibly grateful and won't forget. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Richard and Achilles!

One of the very best experiences ever, that I have had at an AutoZone. I called, aiming to be proactive, about a part that is advancingly becoming NLA (no longer available).
Audray answered the phone, with excellent customer service skills. Her skillset appears to be genuine (kind, polite, professional, an active listener, etc.). She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were handled.
I'm always honored when I experience such genuine greatness.

PS: To management, please incentivize/commend Audray on doing a hell of a job.
