The manager clearly knew I was standing there with just two items to check out and instead of mentioning there was a self-checkout he allowed me to stand there until I abruptly said something. This is a retail store, you should work on customer service and making sure customers in line are at least acknowledged. I'll go somewhere else in the future. Last time I'll go to this store. They obviously don't need me.

His kindness and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s extremely rare to find customer service like this, I’m incredibly grateful and won't forget.
