I told them we would be right on over. My 89 year old mom needed her battery checked and she arrived at 4:47 only to find they had locked the doors. I fully believe they knew we were coming and decided to lock the doors so they wouldn't have to be bothered. Obviously there either was no manager there or the one on duty should be replaced. Thank you for your generosity Auto Zone.
