  My boyfriend was broken down at a Walmart. The store manager of this location, Holly, was there shopping on her day off. She saw his situation and she stepped in to help. She used her personal scanner to figure out what was wrong with his car. She found the part and even got a mobile mechanic to come out and change it. She was a lifesaver. She didn't even want compensation. She said it's the same service we would have gotten had we gotten the car up to her store. She’s a life saver! So thankful for her!

  I just want to take a minute to brag about this store: This morning my dash said my oil was low. I drive a big suburban and a small lady that knows zero about motors and oil. I was in a panic. Holly at Autozone took her time to come teach me how to check my oil, taught me depending on which dot the oil touches how much to add, where to add it. Then added half a quart for me (as adding too much is worse than being low - she taught me that too). She then cleaned the oil container, put it in a bag for me with some paper towels so I can check it again later. Even my oil guy at Harrison was bragging on her. Guess what - now I know how to check my oil and what to do. What a wonderful experience for me this morning. She was so kind, intelligent and helpful and saved the day for me and my suburban. Thank you so much! I know where to go from now on, and I’ll be telling all my girlfriends too! Holly - you’re the BEST!

  Horrible! I came in today to see if they could test my battery because I was pretty sure I needed a new one. The guy that “helped” me was so disrespectful. He rolled his eyes right in front me as I was explaining what was going on with my car and what I needed. Then they told me their tester wasn’t working so they couldn’t test my battery. I asked him if he could at least jump my car off as it would not start again and he acted like it was the hardest job ever and I was just such a bother for him to do the job he is being paid to do. He jumped my car and then just turned and left. No helpful information or anything. I was not able to catch his name because I literally left there in tears just praying I was able to get to another store. Thankfully, Advanced Auto was more than happy to help and got me back up and running. This guy should not be working with the public if he is going to act that way toward customers. I was already stressed and anxious and for him to treat me like that just made it 10x worse. Shame on you! Will not be back to this store and you can thank this guy for it! He was a larger build guy with a short beard and mustache and it was around 4:45ish when I was there today.

  This location is a complete joke. If you need any help don’t expect to get it here. All you will hear is how they are ready to get off work. This is the only review I’ve ever felt the need to post. That is how terrible this place is.

  Aileen was such a great help today! I had issues with a new battery I purchased at another location who was really busy so they sent me to the Gainesville store and I’m glad I came here instead. There was some mix up with my battery but she help to sort it out and checked my alternator and system to make sure it was working appropriately. Thank you and I’ll definitely be back for any car needs!
