I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jalen in person and over the phone and he was amazing and very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond while servicing me! I stopped by the store to replace my windshield wipers and I noticed my car was leaking fluid and I wasn't sure where the leak from coming from. He assisted me with the wipes I needed and after purchasing the new wipers, he asked me if I needed someone to install them and I said yes. He walked outside to my car and said ma'am it looks your car is leaking fluid. ( He noticed the leak before I had a chance to ask him about it.) After he installed the wipes, he said ma'am do you mind if I check under hood. As soon as he lifted the hood, he said I think the fluid is coming from the radiator...he checked the fluid and it was very low...he looked underneath my car and the leak was indeed coming from the radiator. I went back inside to purchase some antifreeze and he was nice enough to put it in for me! I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with their vehicle because he goes over and beyond to get the job done!
