Honestly there crap, they take advantage of people, and steel your money… Had a appointment to get my front in alignment done on my truck and went down there two days later and got down there and they started working on it and they said they couldn’t do it because the cam bolts wouldn’t work bc they didn’t have enough rotation to get it where it needed to be, (before I took my truck to them I installed new upper control arms and made sure my cam bolts were good. They were also fully adjustable cam bolts and cams.) so they wanted to tell me they HAD to put new cam bolts in it and so they made me pay for the alignment that they couldn’t even do and they made me pay without even doing the job. So the next hour I took it to (another shop) to get a second opinion, and they had it perfectly aligned without new cam bolts or anything extra needing to be done to it. I would not recommend sending your vehicle to tire discounters.

Ok I wasn’t going to say anything but it’s getting really aggravating! Do not expect to bring your vehicle here for an alignment atleast not at this location! The service tech has obviously not been through Phil lamberts alignment class! I have sent them two very easy alignments in the last two weeks and both they could not align! One was a 2017 ford mustang all stock suspension which they said they couldn’t align because it sits too low which I know is false because I done there alignments for over 4 years at Ooltewah in hixson tn location! And second vehicle was a 2006 Chevrolet 1500 truck which already had the eccentric cam bolts installed to be able to adjust the camber/caster! Which they said this vehicle they couldn’t align because they didn’t buy there eccentric cam bolts! Like really??? This is absolute terrible service on there part! Both these alignments could have been done and out the door paid in 10 minutes by myself or another tech! Come on fire discounters you have some of the best alignment equipment but the techs are not capable of using it! Get these techs some training. If Phil lambert is still there he offers a very good class on this! Schedule your techs to go to Cincinnati like I done and attend the course and get them trained please

Honestly trash …. quoted me more than a place down the street by 40 bucks and refused to price match it despite what’s on their sign then they were just really rude to me… Instead of offering industry experience, I was asking for a recommendation so I just kept saying “I don’t know it’s your car”. They told me that another tire was cheaper, but basically the same thing and after researching and talking to another place, that’s definitely not the case it’s a totally different product…. Wouldn’t trust them

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
