When I reached out, I was hoping to avoid going to one of the big clubs (Sams/Costco) because they always take FOREVER, but I still wanted to make a good financial decision for my family. I was hoping they could get CLOSE to the price. I was extremely surprised in the best possible way that they not only matched, but BEAT the price at the clubs and I got the added benefits of an alignment and a free oil change. Great product . . . great service. . . overall amazing experience. We will definitely be using Tire Discounters in the future. I highly recommend you giving them a call or stopping by to see what they can do for you when you are in the market for new tires.

I was busy this day so I had to schedule an appointment for Monday of the following week. I made sure to ask how long the appointment would take and I was told 45 mins or at most an hour. Monday comes and I’m on time for my appointment and 1 hour 45 mins later they finish my car. I had plans that day so it delayed them significantly and when I asked the salesmen why it was taking so long he just shrugged and said it was just a lot of appointments.. if you’re gonna tell me when it’ll be done atleast give me an accurate time period so I can plan ahead of time. Discount tire seems to think they can say one thing and do another. Unacceptable.

This is my family’s go-to tire place when in need. They go above and beyond with anything they do. Most places won’t work with you and don’t care if you go do service elsewhere, but that’s not the case for this place. They truly care about how their customers feel and making their vehicle safe for driving. I want to especially thank the manager, Tyler Jackson, and the assistant manager, Kade Vassey, for all of the help and kindness. I wish I could give 100 stars!!! God bless y’all!
