When I pulled up to park I noticed a few technicians sitting outside the bay doors. I went inside to announce my arrival and the representative said he needed to walk out and retrieve my tag number. As he was walking back in one of the men setting on the ground spoke to him briefly. The representative then came inside and told me that my vehicle was to wide to fit on his machines,"the tires were 35×10×20." I've never had an issue anywhere else but that is not what bothered me. It was the fact that he questioned me about my vehicle and my tires before he asked me to be there in an hour. If there was an issue with fitment it should've been addressed before I drove there. The representative told me that I could go to north Georgia tire. To which I said ," I guess I'll get my tires there too". I suppose The owners or investors Of Mavis Tires & Brakes don't care about profits or the $2,400.⁰⁰ they gave away to North Georgia. My personal opinion was that the guy sitting on the ground was the guy that would be doing the alignment and just didn't want to be interrupted

When he ran into an issue- he did not give up- he researched ways around it to get the job done! He is passionate about his work, and very honest!
