  I orderED tires for for Tesla on Jan 8th. They made give a 25 dollar deposit. They had be come in Monday 12 to mount. I got several emails confirming. When I got they told me no tires wasting my time. They indicated 48 hrs to get my 25 back. The rep indicated he could order have the next day. I TOLD THEM FOOL ONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME.

  They fix Walmart’s mistakes!!! Went to Walmart to have my tires rotated. 6 hours later after breaking/stripping lugnuts twice, I went to the Ft. Oglethorpe Mavis shop. I should have gone there first and saved myself the headaches. They were professional and took great care of me and my car.

  Bought 4 Mavis all weather tires, every time I bring in for an oil change and free rotation, I have to come back the next day because the tires or front end has a shimmy, and then NTW charges me another 50$ to balance tires. I’m disappointed I have to make 2 trips to the Hixson Pike store every time because NTW wants to blame everything but the low quality Mavis tires NTW sells.

  One star review. I called and asked them how much to install my new tires and brake pads I have on my import Toyota van. They replied "we don't install outside parts." I replied "it's a right hand drive import, you wouldn't know what to order anyways." He replied "mavis can't work on it." Lol as a x mechanic I think that's shitty. They don't want to use outside parts cause they want to charge a premium for their parts. That's okay. I'll go elsewhere.

  In March I had 4 tires, sensors and alignment on my SUV ($600) Yesterday I found my inner driver tire SHREDDING. So we took it to mavis again. They mentioned some issue so my husband told them to show him. They said they “just can’t get it straight” then my husband noticed my tie rods had no wrench marks on them to even try to align. Their excuse was “we don’t touch dirty tie rods” then they accused me of hitting something is why they can’t do it. I’ve never hit anything in my car. If my husband had not made them show him, THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED FULL PRICE AND JUST BRUSHED IT OFF WHICH IM SURE THEY DID TO ME LAST TIME. $600 for their service plus $200 for the tire. IM FURIOUS. Just make sure they’re doing the services they say they are doing and SHOW PROOF. The biggest scammers I’ve seen. Edit: my husband took my SUV to Nissan because he used to work there and trusts those guys, only to find Mavis stripped my camber bolts either the first or the second time they “did my alignment” Please save yourself huge headaches and money and go elsewhere.
