- JMJanie MurphyJan 5, 20262.0Had a fender bender and geico sent me there. Repair was finished in a timely manner and communication was also good. However, after having my car back from the repair, I was washing it a week or so later and there was overspray all over the car. I immediately called and they said to bring it in. I was told it would probably take an hour or less. After within 2.5 hours for them to finish, the car was ready for me. I went to inspect the work, and they had left the dust from removing the overspray all over my car and they had missed spots. I pointed this out to the person handling my car and was told that some of the spray would not come off of the trim so they would have to order it. My husband then discovered a lot more overspray on the roof (I couldn’t reach up there) so I called back as I had never heard that the trim had been ordered. I had an appointment to take it back in and I missed it (my fault) I have now scheduled another appointment and told them I will need a rental which they said they would get me one. They have been cooperative in offering to fix it however this will be the third time back due to something other than my accident repair. I will update once it is finished.

I had forgotten about a trip out of town that would have been tough with a rental car, they were able to rush my car through so I could have it back within only a few days! They even took the time to wash the car and vacuum it out for me! We will be taking other vehicles back for some repairs.
