Came back and the same employee told me "I already told you one time she's not here". HORRIFIC customer service. Literally the worst of any store I've ever been in.
- RMRobert MorganMar 9, 20265.0Had my alternator fail two days ago was able to make it. Bought a new alternator after testing. I as gonna try and replace it in the parking lot at 7pm that night. Couldent have help from staff due to liability issues which I understand completely. Was able to put us to a hotel they trusted and offered us food they have ordered for them gave us tips and cared about our safety. Highly recommend this place. Also too the two guys that helped me that night we got the truck back to our place and replaced the alternator it their took about 4-5 hours to do. Thank you both very much.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
