My 2026 Volvo VNL, with only 30k miles, has been in diagnostics for a week over a headlight issue. I am also being told that parts on my 2025 Volvo VNL may not be covered under warranty, even though they should be. I towed the truck there specifically for this issue and am losing money on commercial insurance and loss of use. Each time I call, I receive different information. I was told the estimate wasn’t sent because the mechanic clocked out, and I still have not received it. I have to constantly call just to get updates. Very disappointing to see the service quality decline to this level. I will likely consider buying Freightliner for my future units.
