I was in need of adjusting the speed of my truck but I didn’t have the correct passcode to reprogram it. I originally was scheduled to come in the morning at 7am but was allowed to get my service done that night. Joshua Porras (Service Manager) handled the entire situation like a boss. He was patient, hospitable and articulate in explaining the process, in addition to giving me updates. Technicians Milton and Cody were exceptionally patient and persistent in servicing my Volvo. Thanks for the great experience.

Brandon, made it easy for me to transition into my first owned unit with the nicest 26 foot straight (box) truck on the market in my opinion. I’ve patiently waited and searched the internet for the right Mack MD6 to come available for almost 3 months and Vanguard didn’t disappoint, especially with how selective and meticulously they maintain their inventory! These trucks are upheld with the highest regard and I don’t see anyone else coming close to their standards. When it’s time to scale up and add to my fleet, Vanguard will definitely be at the top of my list for my next unit(s). Salute!
