My mistake for wanting something from the Krispy Kreme case: the self scan didn't recognize it and it wasn't in the searchable menu, so I had to wait in line again to actually buy it from a person. Someone else shouted over that the machine tried to charge him $15 instead of $5 for something, and another guy couldn't scan his soda bottles without the machine throwing up an error. If I had been a bit more tired I would've given up and walked out.
