- FJFlorence JacksonJan 15, 20261.0I don't usually give reviews, especially negative ones, but something has to be said about QT and the way their reputation has declined in terms of excellent customer service and cleanliness. The condition of the Ladies restroom was disgraceful. I won't go into details. I will say is it was filthy, wet, and not stocked properly. The manager (Dan T.) had a negative attitude when I told her about it. I won't be giving QT anymore if my money. So much for excellent customer service & cleanliness.
