This was the only store that had the part i needed, so this was my first visit to this store. I am aware the main system sometimes can have a glitch in the order process. Nothing to do with the branch store. This was the case with my last order. The 2 ladies that assisted me were top notch. Watching them Juggling between multiple customers and addressing my problems was impressive. I am big on customer service and these 2 ladies were on point. I really appreciate both of their efforts.
