    Terrible customer service; they get annoyed if you ask them anything, and if you're looking for a specific part, they always say they don't have it. They never have a good attitude and never try to help the customer leave the store quickly so they can get on with their day.

    My name is Arlene, on Friday January 30th 2026 I came into advance auto parts on Jonesboro road , Forest park ga....I want to advise that 'Fabiel' one of the store workers was very helpful to assist me......Fabiel, opened up the door for me and immediately asked how could he help me ......i advised that I needed to have my battery checked, but I needed to look for some other items in the store first.....Fabiel, then begin to assist other customers while I looked around in the store......when I was ready to have my battery checked, Fabiel was asked by his co-worker to check my battery while he was still helping someone else.....he shortly came out to my car to check the battery with his food in his hand....he said he would check my car even though he was on his lunch break....the other co worker was walking outside ......and I said jokingly to her....that someone need to give this guy extra time for his lunch.....she then replied to Fabiel that he don't mind helping people when they are Hispanic or Mexican.....Fabiel, said very little back to his co-worker ....I was surprised because I am a African American... so was the other advance co -worker.....and I was never under the impression that Fabiel did want to help me.....in fact, he was more attentive than anyone else when I addressed my questions and concerns directly to him.....please see that Fabiel, is rewarded for his personal attention, that he showed me on this day .....

    I am very disappointed in the service that i received at 4592 Jonesboro store location. Today i called today to check on a part i was on hold for ten minutes. I hang up and call back 5 minutes later. Politely placed on hold for another ten minutes. I arrived at the store still on hold 4 shirts was there 1 guy 3 girls. As soon a i walked in after being the 2 minutes on left in part truck. Tow customers in the store. Stood in line for ten more minutes still on hold just to see if they would check me while watching how they move in the the store. To find the part was 50 dollars more than the oriellys up the street. Wasted 20 minutes plus gas money. All because they was too busy to answer a question over the phone. Its a service industry job. There were enough people resourcefully take care of everyone who needed service but yet and still the effort was not there and I sat and I watched it with my own eyes and I'm terribly disappointed in this franchise and the retail/service industry all together for these very reasons right here.
