When I arrived at the store, the online prices did not match the instore prices, but Brooklyn handled the discrepancy immediately. While I waited in the lobby, I could hear the staff interact with current and potential customers. They seemed to genuinely care! I can't review the staff's ability to handle difficult auto repairs, but they efficiently solved my vibration problem by rotating and rebalancing my tires. Suggestions to management reading this review: Do everything you can to keep Brooklyn - she's the heart of the store.

They went beyond what most people will do! The receptionist Brook and Pam with communicating with me through all of this even as walked around while waiting they came out to notify me with the situation! 10/10 God Bless these people!!!!!!
