  The whole staff at Zips Car Wash are so friendly and are willing to step in and help when needed. Anytime I need a wash, I always take my vehicle to the Zips in Oakwood/Flowery Branch due to the excellent service. 10/10 recommend. Shoutout to Nate for helping answer my questions during today’s visit.

  if I could give 0 stars I would . Easily the worst car wash I’ve ever been to not only did the wash not do what I was expecting, I was told after the wash the vaccums aren’t available due to them fixing something inside. If that’s the case don’t even be open many customers like myself come for the vacuums and when I asked if there’s anything they could do I was told no by two very rude workers . Also the receipt does not work after you buy the wash and I told the worker and he says I know in a very rude manner while his AirPods were in. The red stop at the end doesn’t even work so you leave the wash whenever you think it’s done 🤦‍♂️ I normally NEVER write reviews let alone a bad one but this is just unacceptable customer service very dissatisfied.

  I went to this car wash looking for a self service wash so I could clean some manure from out of my wheel wells and under my car. When I pulled I met up with this two employees KC and Nate who offered to take care of this issue for me by pressuring washing the affected areas. They were very thorough and completely cleaned the area way better than I anticipated. These guys made my experience amazing and I will always come back to this place should I need a wash.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THE WASHES! I paid for a membership for this place. Cancelled. Car was never clean. We wash our own cars every week by hand too by the way so our cars are not filthy. Said ok I’ll try it again today before I ran somewhere. Would not wash bird poop off even. Went through twice. Paid $30 for nothing. In addition, you might need to drug test your attendant. If he’s not on drugs, he acts like it and is very unprofessional and should be fired. If it’s not drugs his doctor needs to lower his anxiety meds because he can’t speak and stands there! Duh is what comes to mind!!! Would never recommend. I’ll drive my car dirty first! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY OF THE WASHES!

  I have not been impressed at all with this location. Unfortunately, the smile and wave policy is nonexistent. Pre-soaking the vehicle happens maybe the first two times I went. And I've been stuck in the middle of the car wash more times than I've made it all the way through. I know it's not the employees problem so that could be part of what is stressing them out.
